This can happen if you’ve changed your primary email address on LinkedIn after having signed up for Jobscan through LinkedIn. To access Jobscan Premium, reset your password, after which you can use the email address and password login. Alternatively, you can revert your primary LinkedIn email address or reach out to support@jobscan.co.
